Chapter 1 - Intro

This book will enable you to stop using marijuana immediately, painlessly, and permanently without willpower or any sense of deprivation or sacrifice. It won’t place any judgement, embarrassment, or pressure to undergo painful measures.

In fact, there’s absolutely no need to cut down or reduce your usage whilst reading; doing so is actually detrimental.

Perhaps what you’ve already read goes against everything you’ve ever been told, but ask yourself if what you’ve been told has worked? If it had, you wouldn’t be reading this book at all.

Maybe you identify with the following questions:

  • Do you spend far more time smoking marijuana than you originally intended?

  • Are you unsuccessful in efforts to stop or limit your marijuana consumption?

  • Has time spent smoking interfered with, or taken precedence over personal or professional commitments, hobbies, or relationships in your life?

  • Do you go out of your way to keep your marijuana consumption secret (e.g. hiding paraphernalia, lying about smoking)?

  • Has smoking marijuana caused problems in intimate relationship(s)?

  • Do you experience a cycle of enjoyment during smoking, followed by feelings of brain fog, depression, or sluggishness after?

  • Do you spend significant amounts of time thinking about marijuana, even when not smoking it?

  • Is everything going "fine", but you wonder how much better you could be? How much untapped potential you have?

  • Has smoking marijuana caused any other negative consequences in your personal or professional life (e.g. missed work, poor performance, neglected relationships, financial problems)?

  • Are you constantly chasing "the way it used to feel"? But now it just causes anxiety?

If you’re a marijuana user that depends on it for any reason, all you need to do is read on. If you’re here for a loved one, all you need to do is persuade them to read this book. But if unable to persuade them, read the book yourself. Understanding the method assists getting the message across.

ABOUT THE BOOK

This book is designed to help people quit marijuana easily and effortlessly. It requires no willpower. Its success rests on the foundation that you:

When opening a combination lock, you have to enter the numbers in the right order. Addiction isn’t any different.

The method described in this book is:

  • Instantaneous.

  • Equally effective for heavy and casual users.

  • Causes no withdrawal symptoms or loss of sleep. In fact, your sleep will instantly be better.

  • Needs no willpower.

  • Requires no aids or gimmicks.

  • Won’t cause you to replace this addiction with others.

  • Permanent.

You might find this impossible to believe, but this sentiment is echoed by many.

"This book changed my life. I was a daily smoker for years and could never imagine quitting. This made it easy and instantaneous."

However, some find the following difficult to accept:

You didn't make a reasoned decision to fall into the marijuana trap in the first place. Like all traps, it was designed to keep you trapped. When you first started smoking, you didn't plan to keep doing it for the rest of your life.

It's fear that prevents you from quitting - fear that life will be unbearable and that you'll never enjoy certain activities again without marijuana. Fear that you won't be able to sleep. Fear that you won't be able to be productive, or creative. Fear that you won't be able to handle stress and anxiety. But this fear is caused by the marijuana itself, and you won't be free until you complete this book and remove that fear.

Let me assure you that you have absolutely nothing to lose by reading this book. If by the end you still want to keep smoking marijuana, there is nothing preventing you from doing so. You don't even need to cut down or stop smoking while reading it.

There are only two reasons for failure with this method:

  1. Failure to follow the instructions, such as skipping chapters.

  2. Failure to have an open mind and question your previous beliefs about marijuana and addiction.

If you have doubts right now, that's normal. But bear in mind that you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by finishing this book. It will give you the knowledge and mindset you need to find it easy and enjoyable to quit marijuana permanently.

So don't skip ahead - go through it chapter by chapter with an open mind. By the end, quitting will seem easy and you'll be free from this trap! Housekeeping: We'll mainly use the term "using marijuana", but occasionally "smoking marijuana", or just "smoking". But, this obviously applies to vaping, dabbing, edibles, or any other method of THC delivery.
